pad repo files with 0 bytes, not random memory

so you can do:
  ./razor import-yum
  mv rawhide.repo rawhide.repo.orig
  make
  ./razor import-yum
  diff rawhide.repo.orig rawhide.repo

(doesn't work with system.repo at the moment...)
